winter pin tuffet
The theme for this month's pincushion challenge is winter wonderland. I stole this idea from a tree ornament I saw on another blog. I can't seem to find the original, though, so if you know, please leave a comment! Very easy: I crocheted a little snowflake and tacked it on top of a little tuffet (2 circles + strip of fabric sewn together). The v. light blue of the fabric really looks wintry to me. It's pretty teeny (maybe 2 inches in diameter).

kitty bed
Made a cute little pillow for my kitty. The fabric is flannel that Mark got me in Japan, and it's filled with cannibalized stuffing from a retired pillow. Look, he likes it!

paint chip pocket
I wanted to make a little paint chip envelope like this one for business cards. My paint chips were a different size, though, so I improvised. I like the effect.

And speaking of paint chips, omghaveyouseenthese by Lisa?

trim box
Felt box from this book to hold all my binding. I'm out of felt or else I would've made 2 (there's more trim where this came from).

Ever noticed the little special offer on the Wright's packages? Send in 3 labels + $4 and get a "generous package" of trims. I've always been curious about what you get, but I've never tried it. I'm sending my $4 in tomorrow, so I'll let you know in 6-8 weeks.
